Guest Post- Ladies Christmas Ornament Exchange

I asked a darling friend of mine, Jodee Bitner, to share with us ladies the fun tradition that she told me she does with her family, making and exchanging ornaments with all the ladies. I think this is a darling Christmas tradition.

The ladies in my family started a fun tradition a few years ago. Every December we do an ornament exchange. We make ornaments for each person then we get together for dinner and have fun chatting and catching up then we exchange the ornaments we have made. Some years get a little crazy for some of us so there are some store bought ornaments or gifts thrown in every once in a while! It has quickly become one of my favorite things to do in December! I love any excuse to have a little girls night out!

These are the ornaments I made this year. I got the idea from this blog.

Here are some of the other items we exchanged this year.

My mom gave each of us one of these adorable snowmen with a colored light inside. She got them from Tan Pan Trading. Love that place!

My sister made this nativity set for each of us! I love how simple they are. So cute!

Here are some of the ornaments we have made in past years.
