The pretty girl in this picture is Jorja, cutest spelling ever? Yes! Her mom, Kathleen, made this pattern, dress and bow. Even though Halloween is over, this would be really cute in other fabric combinations. Kathleen has the dress for sale on her etsy shop (sorry I didn't see the bow). Love the outfit?
