This is a super easy thoughtful gift.
Chocolate Oreo Truffles
1 pkg. Cream Cheese softened
1 pkg. of Oreo's
3/4 cup Dipping Chocolate
Mash your Oreo's so they so they are small crumbs. You can use a food processor or put them in a baggie and roll over them with a rolling pin several times. Stir your cream cheese into your Oreo crumbs.
Take a tablespoon of the mixture and mold it to a kiss shape. Refrigerate for an hour. Take them out and dunk them into your dipping chocolate. I suggest the real chocolate verses the candy flavored chocolate for dipping. Shauntel did a great post on dipping, check it out.
Place the dipped chocolates into the fridge until the chocolate has set up. After they are set up take a piece of foil and wrap each chocolate up and add a small tag sticking out.
