Favorite Sites

There are a few blogs and sites that I am so grateful others have shared with me! I think I tell or send the addresses to everyone I know, and I wanted to do the same for you great readers. 

Mel's Kitchen Cafe- Have you heard of it? If not you have got to take a look. I have used several of her bread recipes and a few other things. She has step by step instructions with pictures on several recipes. I really like this because I can see what my bagel dough should look like. Here are a couple of things that I have tried and LOVED!

Hotwire Hot Rates- Because of my job I have come across many couponing sites. I read something recently about saving money while vactioning.  I wish I could remember which site it was so I could put up the link.  One of the tips it listed was using Hotwire Hot Rates.

What's Hotwire Hot Rates- You put in your location and the star rating you want to stay in. The star rating has what kind of hotels that fall under that category. They will give you a set price and the radius that your hotel will be in from the location. You make your reservation (non-refundable) and then they will send you an email telling you where you will be staying. The rates are fabulous! I gave this a try this past week and we were extremely happy with where we stayed and especially the price we payed. We payed half of what they where asking on their site. I will definitely be doing this for our California vacation this fall.
