Heavenly Lemon Cookies
What you will need:
- 1 lemon cake mix
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Mix cake mix, egg, oil and water, add pecans last. Dough will be fairly moist.
Bake @ 375 degrees for 10-11 minutes, just until set. Cool on a cooling rack.
Zest and juice lemon, then add powdered sugar. Dip top of cookies in glaze and let set.
These cookies are so lemony fresh and delicious! Everyone loves them and as you can see they are really easy to make!

Lemon Pull Aparts; I just made these this past week. Melissa from ISLY did great step by step instructions. I didn't have much time to wait for the rolls to thaw so I put them on a plate on top of a heating pad. They defrosted super fast, I just had to watch them and keep turning them so all sides were defrosted.
